Pancakes and Glowworms (West Coast Day 2)

We did not have pancakes for breaky, but we did get to see the “pancake rocks” (and blow holes at high tide) at Punakaiki’s Paparoa National Park before a long walk in search of New Zealand Robin along the Fox River.  We even got to see Weka and hear a Kiwi.

At night, we learned how to weave flax into a few of the Maori forms, and went on a short hike to see glowworms in a cave.
